Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all modules. No credit card required to start.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we prorate any differences.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is any person who signs in to Meridian Cloud. End users who only access the self-service portal (e.g. to submit tickets) do not count towards your user limit.
Do all plans include every module?
No. Module access expands by plan. Starter includes Identity, Endpoint, and Intelligence. Professional adds Voice, Secure, and Protect. Enterprise includes all modules.
How does MSP billing work?
MSP plans are a flat monthly fee that covers a set number of tenants. You can add extra tenants at £25/tenant/mo without upgrading, or move to the next tier when it makes more sense. You are billed monthly.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes. Annual billing is available for all plans at the prices shown on this page — roughly 20% off the monthly rate. Switch to the Annual toggle above to see annual prices.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. MSP Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.
Is my data secure?
Meridian Cloud is hosted on Microsoft Azure with data encrypted at rest and in transit. We follow industry best practices for security and are working towards SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification.
